Leave the M4 at Junction 33 and exit onto the A4232 signposted Cardiff(W)BarryPenarth, Continue onto the A4232 for several miles. After the Penarth exit, you will leave at the next exit signposted TechniquestCardiff Bay. Take the first exit on the roundabout and continue forward. Follow the road around to the left and past Tesco Express. Take the next right after Tesco's into Bute Crescent. Continue into Bute Crescent where you will find short stay car parking either side of the road.The development is above Sainsbury's Local.
